Role in Project:

Swedish Pilot Leader

Why do you like this project?

I like this project because it gives all the people that are struggling to enter the European labour market a tool for testing, evaluating and learning more about there soft skills. To adapt and to try to enter new roles in new context are a challenge for everyone but of course a bigger one if you dont have the right information and the right understanding of your on strenghts and weaknesses an thats what skillsmatch do!

I think it is interesting to work with a tool that empowering people and hopefully we can help people gain confidence and awarness and in that way also challenge the system and make europe more inclusive!

What are the challenges you will be facing to complete your tasks in this project?

My challenge in the project are to make sure that all of the participants in the pilots are making the best of the pilots and to make them understand the complexity of skills and that the platform could be a really valuable tool overtime.

What do you hope to achieve in this project?

I hope that the platform will help both individuals with their competence development and hiring managers with decision making focusing on the candidates potential.
