Why do you like this project?

I believe that the social interest for the development of soft skills keeps on growing, and also for the related enabling technologies. From a technological point of view, I find the project approach very attractive, promoting the integration of different open resources, as well as the main role played by the ESCO classification, leading to improvements in standardization. I hope that the users will find the system useful for the development of soft-skills associated with their jobs of interest and that it gets a place in the market.

What are the challenges you will be facing to complete your tasks in this project?

The development of NC Skills is a challenging field for the application of open knowledge technologies, the tasks in which I will be involved include questions present along the project related to the NC skills framework definition and application, as well as its utility for the user needs.

What do you hope to achieve in this project?

Creating a useful platform for the users, and that they consider it an aid to achieve their objectives. In general, having achieved a remarkable innovative experience in the field of open knowledge technologies applied to the development of NC skills.
