Your team in this project:

As part of the UAH team, I will cooperate with other teams following the plan of each WP. You can also find other experienced researchers like Manuel de Buenaga as well as other junior staff within the UAH team.

Why do you like this project?

I believe that the homogenization of the skills management could enormously contribute to the integration of the professional career definition in every country within a global framework. The intended final system will offer a tangible way of visualizing the work with soft skills while convincing stakeholders of its value.

What are the challenges you will be facing to complete your tasks in this project?

Formalization on this area is a really challenging task because of the complexity, the fast evolution of the concepts and appearance of new technologies that generate new demands of skills and profiles.

What to you hope to achieve in this project?

The definition of a framework wide enough to include most of the profiles and narrow enough to be viable for its implementation as an online useful tool.

I have worked in other European projects such as ESVIAL (Alfa programme), OpenQASS (Erasmus+ KA2 VET) and eSkillsMatch. My role was researcher, mostly helping in the design phases.
