Role in Project:

Pilot Leader

Your team in this project:

As responsible for managing, monitoring and ensuring the progress of the activities of the local pilots I work with the WPL involved in the Pilot Management Team: Paul O’Raw, Maria Petritsopoulou and Santi Fort, as well as the other PL.

Why do you like this project?

I like this project because is a good opportunity to contribute to the development of a tool to strengthen non-cognitive skills, so necessary for personal and professional development.

What are the challenges you will be facing to complete your tasks in this project?

It will be challenging to make the project attractive to people who are going to participate in the activities of the pilots and to get these people involved in these activities at different times of implementation of them.

What do you hope to achieve in this project?

Create a useful platform adapted to the needs of its potential end users and get them to trust this platform as a way to improve their non-cognitive skills.

Previous related projects:

I have worked in the field of professional profiles and qualifications, and career counseling in different national projects.

I have worked as a researcher in a previous EU funded project: eCF Council (Erasmus+ KA 2 SSA) about qualification paths on digital competences based on the eCF 3.0 standard.
